AAP developed a custom CRM solution that enabled the client to better manage their risk; reduce their expenses; and increase their bottom line.  We created a custom marketing central information file and developed a series of risk, performance, and opportunity based targeting models. We then created and managed a monthly communications strategy that resulted in a marketing ROI of more than $20 to $1.

Solution

AAP developed a CRM solution focused on individual agent performance. Agents typically reject cookie cutter solutions. We analyzed each agents portfolio, presented them with a peer-to-peer comparison report and, a custom designed communications plan. 80% of agents chose to participate at an average out-of-pocket cost of $1,200 per year.  1st year retention imporved more than 200 BP's.

Our Client needed a strategy for rapid expansion in order

to take advantage of market conditions and leverage an

infusion of new capital. 

 



Solution

AAP sourced a multi-state hot leads database; we modeled and scored the database for response, conversion and deliquency; and, we implemented a phased roll-out monitoring daily communications flow to insure service quality. The result was a 48% increase in conversion, a 28% reduction in cost per loan and a 33% reduction in average deliquency.
